Cultural Promotion

According to § 2 StudWG-MV, the “Studierendenwerk” in cooperation with the universities is responsible for the social, economic, health and cultural support of the students.

The “Studierendenwerk” has therefore set itself the aim of facilitating, strengthening and expanding the cultural and social activities of students through financial support in terms of shortfall and deficit funding. For this purpose, the Cultural Affair Committee was established by the Administrative Council of the “Studierendenwerk” in 2010, which has been deciding about cultural and social grants since then.
Frequently asked questions connected to financial support and tips for the application procedure are summarised under Promotion.
