Guest apartments in Greifswald

The guest apartments are located in the basement of the Max-Kade-Haus (dormitory, Hans-Beimler-Str. 10, Greifswald).

There are two guest apartments available. In each guest apartment there is one single and one double room (room size 13-18 m²). Each apartment can be occupied by one to three persons. Both apartments have a kitchen and a bathroom.

Rental price:
Single room: 330,00 € per month
Double room: 560,00 € per month
(Special conditions apply for students).

As a student or guest researcher you can use the wired data connection of the dormitory. Please bring your LAN cable with you.

As in all our dormitories, all operating and consumption costs, e.g. heating/electricity/water are already included in the rent, as well as the internet connection.
